Trust and compliance
For acquirer risk teams, underwriters and regulators: what Duxor does, what it never does, how merchants are vetted and how data is handled.
Our role
Duxor provides record-keeping and reconciliation software. It is not a bank, payment processor or money transmitter. Card and bank payments are processed by each merchant’s own licensed providers, under the merchant’s agreements with them. Duxor fees are software fees and are never based on payment value.
Merchant vetting
We verify each merchant’s business identity before it can use Duxor.
Duxor serves only businesses based and operating in the United States.
Every merchant signs a customer agreement that sets out the service and its limits.
Data handling
All Duxor data is stored and processed in the United States only.
Ledger entries are never silently rewritten. Corrections are new, traceable entries.
Every entry shows who, what, when and why, ready for auditors and risk reviews.
For risk and compliance teams
Underwriters, acquirer risk teams and regulators can request our compliance documentation. Our website practices are covered in the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
